This jeep commercial comes to us all the way from Austria, but is close to my heart…hasn’t everyone always wanted to drive a jeep?

This is a great commercial from Jeep for the Wrangler Unlimited – 4 door. Picture a couple apes sitting in a jungle eating stuff….along comes what looks like a big bug (but in reality is the 4 door Wrangler Unlimited with a couple surfboards on the top that look like wings or something) The Ape picks it up, goes to eat it and then spits it out (presumably because it was too hard to chew). The ‘bug’ lands on the ground and you see it from the side….Jeep. Nicely done!
Jeep Ad – Polar Bear
Ok, this is another of my favourites….you know why? this time is because the producers managed to capture the incredible sound of the engine/exhaust – you know what I am talking about…that deep throaty rumble. I love that sound, you know, it is civilized, it is just a little bit raw and powerful. Also love the way they captured the vehicle driving away on ice and snow with no wheel spin – it is the subtle little things like that that create and keep the differentiation of the Jeep apart from everything else.
Oh yeah, it is a funny jeep commercial too!
This is another great Jeep television commercial – you know as a bit of commentary, Jeep really gets it right with their television commercials – they really seem to hit their audience and/or those that ‘dream’ of a Jeep, the Jeep commercials are funny, a little bit ‘counter culture’ or maybe not counter-culture, but certainly not ‘mainstream’ and really nail the concept that Jeeps aren’t just ‘lifestyle’ they are ‘enabling technology’.
